As part of SCSE 2026, Win will deliver a keynote on 18 March at the Global Forum on Carbon Pricing & Climate Finance, organized by the Taiwan Carbon Solution Exchange (TCX) in collaboration with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE). Win’s keynote, “The Role of Registries in the Evolution of Article 6 Carbon Markets,” will explore key considerations for Article 6 implementation, including tracking, issuance, and market infrastructure, with the topic picked up for a related panel discussion with global carbon market and climate finance leaders.
