Join Verra at London Climate Action Week 2025 (external), taking place from June 21 through 29. The event offers a unique opportunity to engage in important conversations around how we can work together to help the carbon market reach its full potential of generating global emission reductions while also delivering real climate finance to frontline communities. Our team particularly looks forward to joining roundtables and panel discussions on topics at the nexus of Natural Climate Solutions and digital monitoring, reporting, and verification to collectively advance our work in this space.

The Verra delegation will be as follows:

We look forward to connecting with other attendees in London, and we hope to see you at our speaking engagements (listed below). If you would like to meet with a member of the Verra team during the event, please reach out to events@verra.org.

  • Time: 9:00–10:30 am BST
  • Host: Agreena
  • Verra staff: Mandy Rambharos, chief executive officer

As part of a breakfast event running from 8:30 am to noon, this panel will explore the potential of soil carbon credits as a high-quality carbon removal solution and a driver for scaling regenerative agriculture. Speakers will discuss how voluntary carbon markets can accelerate full-farm decarbonization, supporting both food security and climate goals. Key challenges in scaling soil carbon as a credible, investable solution will be addressed, alongside the role of insetting vs. offsetting. With billions of tonnes needing removal annually, but a current capacity set for thousands, where does soil carbon fit in—and how do we scale?
