Erdem Koch

Erdem brings more than 15 years of experience across journalism, public relations, and communications. He graduated from a double Law/Journalism degree from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia, and completed part of his studies at Shanghai University in China.

Erdem began his career as a journalist, working across radio, television and newspapers. He worked as a foreign correspondent covering elections, military coups, and terrorist attacks. His journalism career reached its pinnacle when he became the Executive Producer of Australia’s flagship political discussion program, the ABC’s Insiders.

After his journalism career, he had stints teaching communications at university, and worked across a broad range of sectors in the public and media relations space, from Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits and global startups.

He lives in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with his wife and daughter.
