Every year, Environmental Finance holds a vote to identify leaders in voluntary carbon markets. These include project developers, retailers and exchanges, and innovators.
Verra’s Verified Carbon Standard (VCS) program, the world’s largest voluntary GHG crediting program, has been voted the “Best GHG Crediting Programme” (previously “Best Voluntary Standard”) nine times in the past decade. Last year, the Verra Registry was also voted the “Best Registry Provider”.
