VCS has released an update to the VCS Program, specifically to the Issuance Representation. This is the deed of representation that project proponents must submit when requesting VCU issuance.
The Issuance Representation (v3.2) was updated to remove the clause on project proponent liability introduced on 4 October 2012. Project proponent liability will instead be addressed as part of a broader VCS initiative.
