Michele Anderson

As Director, Global HR – People Operations, Michele leads core elements of Verra’s people strategy by overseeing the operational frameworks, programs, and processes that support an engaged, highperforming workforce. She works closely with leaders and teams across the organization to ensure that people operations are efficient, employeecentered, and aligned with Verra’s strategic goals.

Michele brings more than 25 years of HR experience across multiple sectors, including nonprofit, government contracting, healthcare, and telecommunications. Before joining Verra, she served as Senior HR Manager at Evidence Action, where she supported a global and diverse workforce across multiple regions.

Michele holds a BA from Howard University and a professional certification in Human Resources. She lives in the Washington, DC area with her dog. Outside of work, she is an avid Seattle Seahawks fan and enjoys reading, attending live concerts and sports events, and traveling.
