Joe Dell’Orfano
Chief Technical Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Joe leads Verra’s Technology Department. He is responsible for helping to drive the continued growth and performance of Verra leveraging technology to improve overall technical capabilities and processes and driving innovation and differentiation in the marketplace. Joe works closely with the other members of the Executive Leadership Team to further scale up and ensure operational excellence of the Technology Department.
Joe brings more than 20 years of senior technology leadership experience, helping drive customer-centric technology strategies that leverage the latest in digital, data, and cloud-first innovation practices. He brings diverse experience across privately held and publicly traded organizations including Cava, Total Wine and More, REI, and Safeco Insurance.
Before joining Verra, Joe spearheaded the technology department at Cava, where he played a pivotal role including leading the overhaul of essential platforms—namely the mobile app, website, and data infrastructure. These efforts were instrumental in leading Cava to a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO).
Joe holds an MBA from the University of Washington.
