As Senior Manager, Workforce Architecture, Heather oversees Verra’s full-cycle recruitment process and works closely with other HR colleagues to strengthen the organization’s talent acquisition service arm.
Heather comes to Verra with 20 years of experience in talent acquisition. Most recently, she led hiring and DEI programs within the technology space at Wayfair. Previously, Heather led recruitment for a digital agency in the mobile application development space.
Heather holds a BBA in Marketing and Human Resources Development from James Madison University and a certification in Talent Acquisition and DEI. She lives in Richmond, Virginia, with her husband, four teenagers, and four dogs.
