Revision to VM0039: Methodology for Use of Foam Stabilized Base and Emulsion Asphalt Mixtures in Pavement Application, v1.1

The proposed revision expands the methodology to include India and other regions globally, and incorporates additional project activities using innovative technologies such Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP), Micro-Surfacing, and Cold Central Plant Recycling (CCPR) / Cold in Place Recycling (CIPR).

The methodology idea note was submitted by Cube Highways & Transportation Assets Advisors Private Limited (external) and is currently at “Step 1: Methodology Idea Note Submission” of the VCS Methodology Development and Review Process (PDF).
