Methodology for Sterilization of Subsurface Coal Reserves

The methodology idea note was rejected by Verra, as per Section 3.1.6(3) of the Methodology Development and Review Process, 4.2 (PDF). The decision was based on unmitigable risks associated with market leakage and permanence and the proposal’s limited geographic scope.
