3. Energy demand
This methodology comprises activities that lead to efficient use of electricity through the adoption of energy efficient light bulbs (project lamps) to replace less energy efficient light bulbs (baseline lamps) in residential applications. Eligible self-ballasted CFLs have integrated ballasts as a non-removable part. The project lamps adopted to replace existing equipment shall be new equipment and not transferred from another activity.
