Juan Felipe Rengifo Borrero

Juan Felipe Rengifo Borrero is a political risk consultant with more than 20 years of experience in strategic communication, crisis management, and international negotiations across the fields of sustainability, security, and democratic governance.

He has held executive and senior advisory roles in corporate governance and external relations for global institutions including the UN Environment Programme and the UN Development Programme, as well as national bodies such as the Senate of the Republic of Colombia. He has also served as a government representative in multilateral forums including the UN Security Council, the executive boards of UN funds and programs, and the Rio Conventions.

Juan Felipe holds a JD from Universidad de Los Andes and a master’s degree in public administration from Columbia University.
