Overview 
Digital versions of the Communications Agreement Templates are now available on the Verra Project Hub.
The following new template versions for both single and multiple project proponents (PPs) have been digitalized and are effective from August 1, 2026:
- Verra Registry Communications Agreement Template (Single PP), v2.2 (DOC)
- Verra Registry Communications Agreement Template (Multiple PPs), v2.2 (DOC)
Communications Agreements are used to grant an authorized representative the authority to act on behalf of one or more project proponents with respect to the project and/or the project proponent’s account(s) in the Verra Registry. They are applicable to all Verra programs, including the Verified Carbon Standard (VCS) Program.
As of August 1, 2026, Verra will only accept Communications Agreement Templates submitted digitally through the Verra Project Hub. PDF versions emailed to the Verra Registry will no longer be accepted.
