Anil’s primary role as CFO at Verra is to strategically lead the finance team, fostering collaboration across the organization to ensure effective management of financial resources and drive sustainable growth.

Bringing over 20 years of diverse industry experience, Anil has collaborated closely with leadership teams and boards as CFO to achieve strategic goals. With a background spanning various sectors including international non-profits, startups, and public companies, Anil is at the forefront of leading Verra’s finance team and enhancing its financial tools and capabilities.

Before joining Verra, Anil served as CFO at ShiftMed/Homecare, a prominent SaaS healthcare workforce management digital marketplace. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in scaling the company and driving strategic platform enhancements, leading financial planning, investor relations, and revenue management. Anil’s contributions facilitated significant funding raises, supported M and A activities, and provided valuable analytical insights.

Prior to his role at ShiftMed, Anil served as CFO at the global non-profit, Council for Professional Recognition, effectively managing finances to support impactful missions in early education. Anil’s commitment to mission-based organizations is evident through his involvement as a board member of Childhood Education International. He has also held key financial leadership roles at Private Equity backed startups such as Brivo, WealthEngine, and ProQuest, as well as Fortune 500 companies like Xerox.
