As a Program Officer, Energy and Industry, Vladiedska is responsible for reviewing registration and verification requests for energy and industrial projects. She actively contributes to the evolution of Verra programs, supporting the team in refining procedures and rules for methodology development, as she also serves as a subject expert on technological and industrial matters.

Before joining Verra, Vladiedska held positions at the Ministry of Energy and the three most significant power generation companies (ENEL, ALBANISA and Inkia Energy) in her home country Nicaragua, exhibiting excellent teamwork and versatility in diverse settings. She brings over 14 years of experience in energy generation, planning, and analysis in the government and private sectors. Over six years, Vladiedska worked on the “other side” of the market as CDM/GS & Social Corporate Responsibility (CSR) Coordinator for the Amayo Projects in Nicaragua, gaining valuable experience on CDM and Gold Standard carbon market in sales and MRV, including Commercial analysis and Stakeholders engagement. She holds a BSc. in Electronic Engineering and a Master-level coursework on Renewable Energy.

Vladiedska lives with her husband and two daughters in Managua, Nicaragua. She loves playing with her children while enjoying nature in different landscapes, teaching them how to dance to all types of music, and tasting delicious and diverse food from all over the world.
