Tino is a seasoned IT professional with a wealth of experience in ensuring seamless access and utilization of critical applications within diverse organizational settings. Currently serving as an Application Support Specialist, Tino collaborates closely with stakeholders and Verra employees, guaranteeing optimal functionality of applications within the Verra Project Hub while actively contributing to research and development initiatives for future applications.

Before joining Verra, Tino worked with a prominent pharmaceutical firm, delivering top-tier software and infrastructure operations support. Throughout his tenure, he spearheaded multifaceted IT projects encompassing asset deployment, comprehensive documentation creation, training facilitation, and adept management of major incidents, thereby fortifying operational efficacy.

Tino earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, complemented by a minor in Business Management, from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Tino currently resides in Indian Land, South Carolina. In his spare time he finds joy in physical fitness through weightlifting and boxing, enjoys watching movies, and cherishes opportunities for travel. With a dynamic skill set and a passion for continuous growth, Tino exemplifies dedication to both professional excellence and personal fulfillment.
