As Verra’s Compliance Officer, Thuy supports and guides employees and various stakeholders on compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. Her professional experience spans the U.S., The Netherlands, and Hungary where she developed, implemented, and continuously improved ethics and compliance programs for global organizations. She has over fifteen years of experience advising senior leaders and their employees on how to comply with laws and regulations related to bribery and corruption, money laundering, fair competition, forced labor, human rights, and conflicts of interest.
Thuy received a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and English from the University of Houston and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center. She is licensed to practice law in Texas.
