Sutida Rumphoei

Sutida is Senior Program Officer, Natural Climate Solutions, VCS Program Management at Verra. She is responsible for reviewing registration and verification requests for NCS projects and collaborating with the Auditing and Accreditation Team to access the VVB performance. She serves as a subject expert within Program Management Development on NCS projects.

Before joining Verra, Sutida worked as Senior Specialist, Technical, Nature-based Solutions at South Pole. She internally and externally coordinated and collaborated with stakeholders on the AFOLU project development to certify under international standards. Prior to this, Sutida was a Program Officer at Thailand’s Organization, the Biodiversity-based Economy Development Office (BEDO). She planned and organized workshops and training on access and benefits sharing from biodiversity and local wisdom utilization. She also monitored and evaluated project activities implementation.

Sutida is based in Bangkok, Thailand. She holds a master’s degree in Natural Resources Management from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). In her free time, Sutida enjoys traveling, hiking, and exploring new cultures and foods. She also loves to photograph landscapes, people, and architecture.
