As an Associate on Verra’s Secretariat Team, Lucía performs a variety of tasks for the day-to-day operations of the Program Management Department, including assigning project reviews, managing project requests and enquiries to the Verra Secretariat, and maintaining project and enquiry tracking systems.

Before joining Verra, Lucía worked in the technology industry, first as Process Control Specialist optimizing logistics operational procedures, and later as Account Manager handling client relations B2B in the e-commerce sector.

Lucía holds a Bachelor’s degree on International Studies from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in Spain and a Masters on International Business Management from ICEX-CECO Business School. She enjoys spending time in nature, doing outdoor sports, cooking and sharing time with family and friends.
