As Manager, Verra Registry, Kelly oversees the day-to-day operations of the Verra Registry and helps manage the team of Registry Administrators. She focuses on improvements to the registry platform and its operations, expanding the team’s processes and procedures, and providing technical guidance and support to registry users.

Prior to joining Verra, Kelly worked as a consultant focusing on climate change, energy, and environmental issues for over ten years. She supported a large portfolio of Federal and State clients specializing in a broad range of technical and analytical skills including: project management, regulatory and policy support, economic and data analysis, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) analysis, communications and outreach, greenhouse gas inventory development, and indicator development. Before that, Kelly served as a Hydrologic Technician supporting water quality assessment and sampling for the U.S. Geological Survey in North Carolina.

Kelly earned a Master’s of Environmental Management from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment, where she concentrated in energy policy. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from North Carolina State University.
