Jessica Gallagher

As Manager, Program Secretariat, Jess focuses on creating excellent experiences for Verra stakeholders, developing protocols, and implementing improvements for work practices for the Program Management Department.

Before joining Verra, Jess spent her career in customer experience and top non-profits. Most recently, she led the customer experience team at a biotech start-up and scaled up the processes and procedures while crafting engaging client experiences. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Allegheny College. Her first research paper was looking at carbon sequestration in switchgrass.

She enjoys learning to roller skate, cooking, and gardening in her free time.
