IT Procurement Project Manager
Dipika assists Verra’s IT Team with mobilizing technology and managing Information Technologies (IT) assets. She supports Verra’s technology enablement, managing the purchasing of all IT assets directly and through managed service providers.
Additionally, Dipika oversees new international shipping and distribution vendor relationships and addresses product support and warranties, maintenance, software contracts, hardware purchases, and all license information, including renewals. She manages the asset-tracking and inventory systems, automating the IT purchasing life cycle from obtaining competitive bids, quotes, and proposals from IT vendors to handling defective equipment requests and EOL (End of Life) management. She supports Security practices by assisting in establishing security and data protection policies and proper vetting of any new software or technology assets.
Dipika has over 18 years of experience in Informational Technology, working in diverse areas encompassing Delivery, Project and Operations Management, Product Development, IT Consulting and services, Business and System Analysis, and Software Development. She has worked in multiple global digital transformations in diverse technologies across geographies encompassing financial, healthcare, telecom, and non-profit sectors.
Dipika holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and a Master’s in Commerce from Delhi University, India. She also has her PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), and SAFe (Scaled Agile) certifications.
