Christine LaClair

As Manager, Accounting, at Verra, Christine is responsible for managing the full cycle of GL accounting, bank reconciliations, and expense reimbursements. She is also responsible for providing annual audit support and budget support. She has over 25 years of experience in corporate accounting, management, and human resources.

In her last role as Director of Accounting at Pritchett Controls, Inc. in Beltsville, Maryland, Christine led the accounting department operations of a $28-million-dollar company. She ensured the achievement of departmental goals and objectives, conducted thorough job cost analysis, and prepared the monthly and annual financial statements.

Previously, as Controller at Signet Technologies Inc. in Beltsville, MD, Christine played a pivotal role in overseeing the accounting operations, managing tax matters, implementing internal controls, and developing budgets.

Christine holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Financial Management, an MS degree in International Management / Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government & Politics with an Emphasis in International Relations from the University of Maryland University College and the University of Maryland, College Park.

Christine has been married for 33 years, has three sons, four grandchildren, and three fur babies. Most of her free time consist of spending quality time with them; however, she also enjoys traveling, any water-related activity, and is an avid football fan.
