Anshari Rahman

Anshari is Director/ Policy & Analytics at GenZero and is responsible for providing thought leadership on policy, regulations, and standards. Before GenZero, he was a climate change negotiator with the National Climate Change Secretariat under the Prime Minister’s Office, and had represented Singapore at various multilateral fora including the UNFCCC and IPCC. He was the lead carbon markets negotiator for Singapore at the UNFCCC from 2014-2021.
