Methodology for Capture of CO2 from Industrial Flue Gases

The proposed methodology quantifies the reduction of GHG emissions that uses a standalone retrofit system to capture and chemically bind CO₂, from industrial furnaces, boilers, or any sources of flue gas, with propriety chemicals to form precipitation. The proposed methodology is globally applicable.

The methodology idea note was submitted by Pi Green Innovations (external) and is currently at “Step 1: Methodology Idea Note Submission” of the VCS Methodology Development and Review Process (PDF).
