As Chief Communications Officer, Hillary Navarro heads up Verra’s communications department and leads on developing and operationalizing a communications strategy that support Verra’s efforts to advance real, impactful, climate action and sustainable development.
Hillary brings more than 20 years of global experience in communications. Her experience spans the public and private sectors, including leading communication efforts for the Clean Development Mechanism at the UN Climate Secretariat in Bonn, the International Renewable Energy Agency in Abu Dhabi, and the United Nations University in Tokyo. She also brings six years of experience leading communication and strategy efforts in the electric utility sector.
Hillary holds an MSc in Strategic Public Relations from the University of Stirling in Scotland.
