Tay is an Experience Designer and brings with him 10 years of Human Resources experience. Before joining Verra he worked for IBM, where he had leadership roles in Diversity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, and Leadership Development. Tay has also worked as a Leadership Development Researcher at Fundação Dom Cabral, a renowned Business School in Latin America.
Tay is from Brazil and is currently based in São Paulo. He enjoys spending time with his friends and his dog, fantasy books and shows, and travelling to experience different cultures.
