Smita Shah

As an Accounting Manager, Smita is responsible for managing accounts payable, bank reconciliations, expense reimbursements, audit support and account reconciliations. She is also helping with implementation of the new ERP system.

Prior to joining Verra, she worked as an Accounting Manager servicing government contractors. Smita also has accounting experience working for non-profit organizations that support causes such as education, community development and the arts, and reveres the time spent at these organizations.

Smita holds a Master’s degree in International Political Economy and Development from Fordham University in New York, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Bombay University. Smita enjoys hiking in nature and experiencing the great outdoors.
