Anna Mortimer
Senior Program Officer
Anna is a Senior Program Officer and supports a number of essential functions of the Program Management Team, spending a majority of her time to projects using the Sustainable Development Programs, such as the CCB Program and the SD VISta Program. Anna also assists the Program Development and Innovations Team on their work in scaling up Blue Carbon activities.
Before joining Verra worked at Northwestern Mutual where she created unique and individualized financial plans for clients. She also has social media experience, having developed a strategy for active social media prospecting for a local financial advisory firm.
Anna graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. degree in International Political Economy from Fordham University. While at Fordham, she led a team in researching and developing a sustainability retrofit plan for buildings in the city of New Rochelle, New York.
