Andy Singh is the Information Technology Support Manager for Verra. His role includes the management of IT operations and resolving daily IT issues for Verra team members. He is also responsible for managing and improving the internal IT processes and the development of standard operating procedures, including written protocols. He oversees the help desk and procurement/delivery of computer equipment and peripherals to employees, as well as conducts training of new hires.

Andy brings more than 12 years of hands-on experience in IT to Verra. His skills include the deployment of key cloud technologies including Amazon Connect systems, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams integrations. He also has experience in networking, and desktop implementations, as well as help desk and data center management. Andy has held diverse IT roles in the private, nonprofit, and public sectors. His most recent employers include UHS (Universal Health Services), Cancer Treatment Centers of America, The Walt Disney Company, and ADP Payroll.

Andy was born in Guyana, South America, and lived there until the age of 10 at which time he moved to the United States. He has lived in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and currently lives in Wellington, Florida. In his spare time, Andy enjoys working on classic cars with his two children, Ashton (11) and Evangeline (7). He also enjoys traveling on vacation to various countries with his wife (Lakshmi).
