It will draw on lessons learned from independent modeling experts (IMEs)\, including at the NMI\, when assessing model validation reports per the requirements of the module VMD0053 Model Calibration\, Validation\, and Uncertainty Guidance for Biogeochemical Modeling for Agricultural Land Management Projects\, v2.1. \nParticipants will receive step-by-step guidance on ecosystem identification\, model selection (e.g. RothC\, DayCent)\, data collection\, model set‑up\, validation\, and preparation of results for reporting.
